We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily AC installation works and technician teams on site
- Assign tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Ensure installations meet company standards, safety rules, and technical specifications
- Inspect completed work and resolve technical issues or site problems
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and management on work progress
- Maintain basic records of work completed, materials used, and team performance
- Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years experience
- Ability to supervise technician teams and handle site operations
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work on sites and at heights
