Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment across all hospital departments, including patient care areas, public spaces, and administrative offices.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality control measures in compliance with hospital infection control policies and healthcare regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and infection control teams to promptly address special cleaning requirements, emergencies, or outbreaks.
Requirements
- Diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or housekeeping operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
