Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales department, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Drive overall sales performance and revenue growth for the company
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand market presence
  • Motivate, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to improve performance
  • Coordinate with management to plan promotions, pricing, and sales campaigns
