We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Source, negotiate, and manage local and international suppliers
- Ensure consistent availability of food products across all categories
- Manage supplier performance
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand with operations and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and import regulations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Manage procurement documentation and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement/supply chain management (Food/FMCG essential)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Understanding of import logistics and customs processes (Maldives experience a plus)
- Analytical mindset with strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Excel
- Leadership experience managing vendors or teams is an advantage
