Duties & Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process insurance documents in line with company SOPs
- Follow up on documentation tasks and maintain accurate records of policies, renewals, and cancellations
- Ensure timely completion of all policy-related communications and documentation
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams for smooth document flow
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support workflow monitoring, daily task allocation, and junior staff training
- Prepare and process policy documents, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and changes
- Enter and manage data across multiple systems and applications
- Provide feedback and support to the immediate supervisor, including acting during their absence
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, carriers, and clients
- Utilize company systems effectively to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Participate in training and development while managing daily workload
- Retrieve documents for audits, legal matters, and management review
- Provide support for any additional tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and management
Minimum Qualification & Requirements
- Advance Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Previous work experience in the insurance industry or 1-2 years proven experience in any relevant business field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi & English
- Self-driven and result oriented
