We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Service Representatives to join our Service Center team in Malé. This role involves assisting customers with motorcycle servicing, coordinating with mechanics, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth service delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, service coordination, and working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level with minimum 2 passes or GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum 6 passes (including English).
- Prior experience in sales, service coordination, customer service, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scheduled maintenance and service requirements.
- Assess customer service needs in coordination with mechanics based on motorcycle condition.
- Register service jobs and prepare estimated quotations.
- Coordinate mechanics and monitor inspection and service progress.
- Communicate with customers to confirm quotations, pricing, and service updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support sales activities, including order processing and payment handling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service jobs, and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service efficiency and sales targets.
