Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Maintain inventory values within budgetary targets and notify management of any deviations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of records.
- Utilize automated warehouse systems with latest technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse operations.
- Implement strategies to maximize storage capacity while ensuring proper layout and flow of products.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement efficient inventory control practices to minimize discrepancies and stockouts.
- Continuously evaluate and refine warehouse procedures to optimize performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, including quality standards and operational protocols.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to warehouse staff for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for recurring problems to prevent operational disruptions.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Provide regular reports to management on warehouse operations, challenges, and accomplishments.
- Stay updated on changes in company policies and regulations and incorporate them into warehouse operations.
- Maintain the upkeep of warehouse and storage facilities as per company standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform additional tasks assigned to improve departmental productivity and service levels.
Minimum Requirements
- MNQF level 07 in a related field with 01 year of experience OR
- MNQF level 05 in a related field with 2 years of experience
