We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program leadership, preferably within NGOs, development organizations, or social sector institutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams, multiple programs, and donor-funded projects.
- Maldivian national
Competencies & Skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring teams
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple programs and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, proposals, and official correspondence
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Sound understanding of program budgets, work plans, and basic financial statements
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel when required
