Job Description

Providing Administrative assistance during day -to -day activities of factory operations
Making Daily Production Issue (DPI) from software as per daily Production Request (DPR) made by operations executive,
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to stakeholders.
Maintaining transparent physical and digital stock records
Requesting to make adjustment to stock at the end of each day (depending on the production) with relevant departments
Performing physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.
Preparation of weekly and monthly stock report.
Assisting the audit, insurance and any other authorized teams with required information about factory stock
Inspection of coil stock when received at the factory
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operation of factory
Communicate challenges faced during factory operation with management
Making machine parts requirement list and sharing it with management by coordinating with technicians(s)
Identifying and informing operating software issues while collectively with relevant department / parties to fix the issues
Assisting the day-to-day operational activities when required by factory manager
Hands on and engage input into all aspects of factory operational when required by factory manager
Supervising factory operation in the absence of factory manager
