General Requirements
- Diploma in Operation Theatre / Anesthesia Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
- Registered at a licensing authority
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
Job Specification
- Monitor & record vital during anesthesia
- Assist for all intra vascular access, intubation, spinal, epidural and regional nerve block anesthesia & naso-gastric tube insertion
- Maintenance of instruments & equipment related to anesthesia
- Assist for any emergencies in ICU, Endoscopy, Radiology, etc.
- Follow biomedical waste management & infection control practices
- Shifting patients to relevant areas in the hospital
- Administer anesthesia drug under supervision of anesthetists
- Request for blood products to blood bank and send samples to laboratory
- Arrange anesthesia medicines & equipment for various cases
