Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets in the HORECA sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate partners.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the company’s client base.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract agreements with clients.
- Oversee and support Business Development Executives to ensure sales performance and coverage.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans for management review.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager role, preferably within the HORECA or FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the local HORECA market in Malé and Hulhumalé.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in English (Dhivehi is an added advantage).
