We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Responsibilities
- Guide divers on recreational dives
- Assist Dive Instructors during training and certification programs
- Conduct dive briefings and debriefings
- Monitor divers underwater to ensure safety and comfort
- Ensure compliance with dive safety standards (PADI)
- Check diving equipment before and after dives
- Assist in emergency procedures, rescues, and first aid when required
- Monitor weather, sea conditions, and dive site safety
- Prepare, set up, clean, and store dive equipment
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report defects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dive center
Requirements
- Certified Dive Master (PADI)
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically fit
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Communication fluently in both verbal & Written English
