Candidate profile

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • Additional qualification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Should have strong administration skills.
  • Good Computer Knowledge and excellent telephone manners.
  • Well-groomed with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Job Description

  • Maintain employees personnel files & other documentation files properly.
  • Provide assistance to the HR leadership team & Recruitment team in the recruitment process.
  • Taking a part with Human Resources team in welcoming the new employees & the required arrangement for them as per the onboarding process. 
  • Coordinating with the health Insurance company on employees health insurance and expat insurance related matters. 
  • Preparing full & final clearance paperwork of resigned employees and assisting with exit interviews.
  • Providing administrative support to HR Leadership team and other colleagues for preparing letters, reports and other documentation.
  • Assisting in the preparation of special HR related events and functions.
