Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Lead and train engineering staff.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks to technicians.
- Ensure team compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Ensure all equipment and systems meet safety regulations.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Assist in managing departmental budgets.
- Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Recommend procurement of necessary supplies.
- Respond promptly to guest & Team members maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations.
