We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Monitor progress and report regularly to management.
- Allocate tasks and manage workforce effectively.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Mentor and train team members for success.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
