Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage, supervise, and train shop staff
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals
- Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and place orders
- Handle cash and daily sales reports accurately
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain shop cleanliness, display standards, and company policies
Qualifications
- Relevant education in business, retail management, or similar experience
- Proven experience running a shop/store and handling daily retail operations
- Strong leadership skills to manage workers and meet sales goals
- Good knowledge of managing stock, billing, and handling money
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use a checkout/billing system
