Candidate profile
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role in a luxury resort
- Diploma or equivalent academic qualification to related field
- Excellent knowledge of Reservation system, Opera knowledge is a must.
- Flexible, excellent team player and goal drive
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated with "can do" attitude
Job Description
- Ensure that all potential room sales are maximized by following all the SOPS set by the company related to reservations, prepayments, cancellations, and peak season policies
- Manages all online channels by ensuring that rates & availabilities are updated at least twice daily and parity is maintained.
- To ensure that its reservation functions/tasks at the resort are efficiently organized.
- Work closely with the Reservations team to ensure all reservations duties are carried out within the framework of business standards set by the company.
- Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, OTAs and individual guests.
- Processes reservations from the Sales office, travel agents, OTAs, or direct bookings.
- Service tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs, and direct bookings in the relevant country areas and those located locally as well.
- Understands the hotel's policy on reservation guidelines.
- Ensure a high level of product/service knowledge of the resort and local area.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all package plans.
