We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Job Purpose
- Monitor network and service platforms (billing, CRM, OSS, VAS, etc.). Escalate major faults, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Handle remote troubleshooting, provisioning, and configuration. Monitor KPIs and apply corrective actions to maintain performance.
- Manage 24/7 shift coverage, prepare staff rosters, and supervise team performance. Ensure smooth handling of incidents and service requests.
- Oversee Bulk SMS processes, manage PIR and OLA workflows, support cost control, and drive service and operational improvements.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Telecom/Electronics or other relevant.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar role.
