Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues with products and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement fixes and improvements based on customer feedback and field observations.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
- Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of products, both in person and through documentation and online resources.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and helpful support to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Conduct quality checks on products and installations to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement in product design, installation procedures, and service protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, customer feedback, and inventory of spare parts.
- Provide regular reports to management on service activities, including key metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- MNQF level 07 in a related field with 01 year of experience
