Qualifications and Requirements
- ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification accredited by CA Maldives.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline (highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 3 years in senior finance leadership.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS 9, IFRS 16, impairment modelling, ECL, SICR and regulatory reporting.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, treasury operations and ALM.
- Experience in taxation within financial institutions.
- Knowledge and/or implementation experience of ESG reporting standards (IFRS S1 & S2) is advantageous.
- Excellent English communication skills; strong presentation and stakeholder-management abilities.
