Candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in hospitality or equivalent experience, preferably in hotel management.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the Maldives Hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
- Fluency in Russian Language
- Knowledge of LQA standards is an added advantage.
Job Description
- Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
- Schedule and oversee front office staff, including receptionists, Guest Service Host, and Porters.
- Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
- Promote all hotel amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
- Evaluate staff performance as they interact with guests.
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
