We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site, including monitoring materials, organizing equipment, and scheduling deliveries
- Supervising the on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to quality standard
- Managing the construction schedule in collaboration with engineers and management to ensure timely completion
- Other works that may be necessar
Requirements
- Should be over 35 years old
- Able to work long hours and able to work at project sites outside Male’
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to understand building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Over 5 years’ experience in the field will be an added advantage
