We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
- Monitor work progress and report to management regularly.
- Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiently.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, work progress, and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
