We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Job Purpose
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration of RAN and transmission network sites, including both corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Manage faulty hardware processes end-to-end: identification, verification, documentation, and coordination for repair.
- Administer spare hardware inventory: accurate tracking, documentation, and timely allocation to support operations.
- Ensure SOC-reported network health issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Execute RAN and transmission upgrades as required, ensuring timely implementation.
- Ensure all generators (backup units) remain in optimal condition and routine maintenance is completed on schedule.
Qualification & Experience
- A’ level or Diploma in IT.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar role.
