- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English. (Additional language preferred)
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary.

Job Description
- Motivate and drive our talent to achieve the highest standard of service and food and beverage to our guests.
- Continually be aware of departmental needs as they relate to production and staffing.
- Forecast workloads and check work schedules prepared by subordinate managers for all restaurant, lounge, room service, and pool employees.
- Development of job descriptions and reviewing them periodically to ensure their continuing understanding and acceptance.
- Oversee and conduct continual training of all new and current food and beverage service employees in all outlets
- Control standards, performance, employees' conduct, dress code, appearance, sanitation, etc., according to established policies.
- Keep employees informed about hotel policies and changes.
- Manages and controls overall expenses of the outlets focusing on higher revenue and profits.
