Candidate profile
- Hardworking with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Minimum 02 year of experience and specialized in Maldivian Cuisine.
- Possess sound knowledge of food hygiene practices and HACCP.
- Positive personality with a ‘can do ‘attitude.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
Job Description
- Prepare all orders for the section, according to the agreed standards for each item/dish, ensuring that orders are produced accurately and at the correct time.
- To maintain all areas of the section in a clean and hygienic condition, always observing and adhering to company hygiene regulations
- Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in his area in good working condition.
- Always assist the Chef de Partie in the running of the section.
- Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.
