Job Description
- Manage the overall sales process, including identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
- Drive revenue growth and actively work to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Contribute to achieving the company's sales targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Create proposals/SOWs from templates and handle pricing/negotiation.
- Continuously develop expertise in business development within the cybersecurity sector.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in B2B sales (preferably IT/cybersecurity) or proven full-cycle BD track record.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Dhivehi & English.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and events.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity services or willingness and curiosity to learn.
- Organized, number-driven, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
