We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment works.
Plan and manage building installations, repairs, and improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise maintenance and facility staff, and coordinate with external contractors and suppliers.
Prepare and manage budgets, project schedules, and procurement for maintenance and renovation tasks.
Monitor the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all facility areas.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or building renovation.
Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
