Candidate profile
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Possess warm, charming, and friendly personality.
- Enthusiastic to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Has excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS application and OPERA.
- Diploma in hospitality or relevant field, and with previous experience in 5-star hotels in similar position.
Job Description
- Ensure and maintain an active presence in the lobby to greet and assist guests.
- Handle check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Check registration card information and update the system of any guest request/feedback received during check-in.
- Handle guest inquiries or requests in a polite and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure operational requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Proactively get feedback from guest prior departure.
