We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive service excellence. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of service operations, customer satisfaction and team management to ensure the highest service delivery standards in line with Honda’s service standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proficient in Service management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work well under pressure and manage a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily service operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance with Honda standards.
- Supervise and guide Service Advisors, Technicians, and Support Staff.
- Ensure high quality of service and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer inquiries and assist in resolving complaints.
- Monitor service bookings and daily sales performance to meet monthly targets.
- Prepare reports and provide updates to Service Managers and Senior Management.
