Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar capacity in a resort or hotel environment, preferably in island operations.
- Strong technical knowledge of power generation, desalination, STP, HVAC, and renewable energy systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-skilled teams.
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and project management abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and maintenance management software.

- Calm under pressure and able to respond effectively to emergencies.
