Job Purpose
- Ensure installation of SuperNet services and troubleshoot in case of fault occurrence.
- Effective operations and maintenance activities of GPON network like; fiber splitter, distribution boxes & infrastructure.
- Maintain the SLA agreed with the customer and infra partners.
Qualification & Experience
- A’ level or Diploma in IT.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar role.
