Candidate profile

We’re looking for an experienced HR leader with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role, ideally in a luxury or full-service resort setting. A relevant degree or diploma is required, professional certifications are a plus. The ideal candidate is energetic, empathetic, and team-oriented, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR systems and a solid understanding of local labor laws are essential. English fluency is a must, additional languages are an advantage.

Job Description

Advise the General Manager on HR strategy and organizational development.
Lead a high-performing HR team including HR, L&D, Welfare, resort clinic and Team members cafeteria staff.
Design and implement programs that reinforce the company’s values and support a respectful and inclusive work culture.
Drive change management efforts and ensure smooth transitions during business changes.
Develop and lead succession planning, talent development, and high-potential programs.
Manage recruitment strategy and employer branding, engaging with communities and institutions to build talent pipelines.
Oversee the resort’s compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Maintain and enhance HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Promote employee well-being through wellness initiatives and a safe, supportive work environment.
Lead the communication and enforcement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and payroll forecasting.
Support operations in team accommodation, welfare, and employee facilities.
Foster an open-door culture and provide coaching to department leaders.
