We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing
- of goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Conduct fieldwork when required, including supplier visits, item collection, and ensuring on-time delivery to vessels or resorts.
- Coordinate closely with vessel crew, resort staff, and internal departments to ensure smooth supply operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
- Support import and logistics processes for international purchases.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other digital tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Be flexible to work shifts and on-call duties on Fridays as per the duty roster.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A minimum of very good A-Level results (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ procurement experience, ideally within the hospitality or marine sector.
- Candidates with strong relevant experience may have academic requirements considered less critical.
- Strong understanding of hardware, maintenance supplies, and spare parts.
- In-depth knowledge of local suppliers, with a proven ability to source items quickly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with international procurement, logistics, and import procedures is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, organized, and detail oriented approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform
- effectively in a fast-paced environment.
