Candidate profile
- MBBS Degree holder with Valid practicing licenses with relevant credentials to meet the MMDC requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in 5-star Hotel Resort will be an added advantage
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible with duty hours & scope, and a team player.
- Guest oriented and service minded
Job Description
- Attend to any emergency situations and update HRM/DHR, GM & RM immediately.
- Examining injuries and illnesses for guests and team members.
- Issue sick certificates for Team Members and authorize hospital visits and update the Department Head & HR Team.
- Maintain the stock of medicines and replenish first aid boxes, as required by the Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of all medical equipment and hygiene of clinic.
- Maintain confidentiality of both guest and team members medical history and information.
- Maintain accurate records of Guest & Team Members and be efficient with timely reporting.
- Liaise with Front Office/Transport on boat transfer for guests or team members that need urgent visit to Hospital in Male.
- Actively involved in updating SOP’s related to clinic, health & safety.
- Conduct Health and Safety education and awareness for team members on an ongoing basis.
- Keep abreast of and research current health issues in the Maldives.
- Keep close contact with Health Ministry/hospitals in Male for the latest update on viral and advise HRM accordingly for the precaution measure
