We have a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic General Manager with holistic approach
to join our luxury property Hurawalhi Island Resort and Spa & Kudadoo Maldives Pvt Ltd in the
Maldives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of resort management
- Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to drive financial success
- Evaluates changes to the guest's needs and competitive trends to recommend appropriate products/services and operational changes to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Demonstrate and promote teamwork among all management and teams while creating an environment in which all teams reach their full potential
Expectations
- Degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous General Manager experience
- Strong commercial/business acumen, passion for the hospitality industry and new trends
- Passion for people development and customer care
- Results-driven and focused
- Ability to deal with a multitude of tasks
- Fluent in multi-language
