We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Job Purpose
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents remotely or onsite within SLA targets.
- Maintain and track IT equipment inventory and spares.
- Ensure endpoint security and system updates are up to date.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and service requests.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Information Technology or in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
