We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in construction, project management, or site supervision (experience in the Maldives preferred).
- Strong knowledge of structural design, construction methods, and material specifications.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ability to prepare project reports, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Familiar with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license (Maldives).
- Flexibility to work extended hours or travel to project sites as required.
