We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with B2B customers, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Conduct sales outreach to potential and existing clients to introduce our services.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination between sales and service delivery.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and networking opportunities.
  • Identify and implement new strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within given timeframes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities within the logistics and shipping industry.

Requirements


  • Prior experience or understanding of freight forwarding, clearance, or logistics is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer relations, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fast learner with a strong desire to develop industry knowledge.
  • Outgoing, confident, and extroverted personality with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer and CRM tools.
