Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with B2B customers, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Conduct sales outreach to potential and existing clients to introduce our services.
- Arrange and attend client meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination between sales and service delivery.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, and networking opportunities.
- Identify and implement new strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within given timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities within the logistics and shipping industry.
Requirements
- Prior experience or understanding of freight forwarding, clearance, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer relations, particularly in B2B environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fast learner with a strong desire to develop industry knowledge.
- Outgoing, confident, and extroverted personality with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in basic computer and CRM tools.
