Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, proactively addressing potential delays.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, resolving construction-related issues efficiently.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy.
Ensure strict adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and internal quality procedures.
Manage material procurement, resource allocation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare progress reports and maintain detailed project records for management review.
