Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch taxis efficiently to meet customer requests.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Monitor trips and resolve any service issues quickly.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate dispatch records.
- Support smooth daily operations and assist in improving efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum O’ Level certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible schedule (able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays).
