We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise sales staff, assign daily duties, prepare work schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, including opening and closing the store.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by training staff to provide excellent service, handling customer complaints and requests, and resolving issues that arise.
- Monitor sales performance, help achieve sales targets, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Inventory and merchandising: Manage inventory levels, order new merchandise, ensure correct pricing, and oversee the setup of displays to maintain visual appeal.
- Ensure the product racks are always stacked, cleaned and organized.
Qualifications & Requirements
- O Level Standard and above
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
- Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner.
- Flexible personality and able to work on Fridays and Public Holidays.
