Candidate profile

At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in 5-star Hotel / Resort
Technical education including Safety & Security courses
An outgoing, energetic, cheerful and positive personality
Able to communicate in English
Physically fit, healthy and well-groomed
Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure and long hours

Job Description

Patrols resort property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect all hotel assets.
Answers house calls, assists guests and employees’ safety and security in resort operations.
Initiates and follows-up all investigations of crimes committed against properly and persons.
Assists sick and injured guests and employees, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports.
Checks all alarm systems safety and fire equipment systems
Oversees Security on specified shifts, ensuring proper attire , reporting to duty on time and proper coverage of resort and grounds.
Attendances to all scheduled training sessions and meetings is whenever required.
Ensures employees who violate resort rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action
Ensures that Being Security Supervisor, he always coordinates with various department.
Checks the fuel issuing records and make sure fuel issuing operation is done properly and all records are kept.
Make sure the key control procedure is handled properly and checks the key issuing log book daily.
Ensure that Security is conducting frequent patrolling and the patrolling checkpoints are checked as per SOP
Ensure that the patrolling check point buttons are not tempered.
