We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Publish roles & attract talent: Draft and post job ads across web, social, and partner channels.
- Run the hiring funnel: Screen applications, share shortlists, schedule panels, and collect interview scores.
- Close offers smoothly: Coordinate approvals, negotiate offers, and update all candidates professionally.
- Own onboarding: Issue contracts/JDs, complete checks, coordinate IT/IDs, and deliver induction.
- Improve TA operations: Produce reports/budgets, keep data accurate, and drive process improvements.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
