We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring work aligns with designs, safety standards, and project timelines.
Site Inspections – Checking materials, structural integrity, and quality control.
Coordination – Communicating with contractors, workers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Technical Evaluation – Reviewing elevator shop drawings, load calculations, and ensuring civil works meet manufacturer requirements.
Problem-Solving – Addressing unexpected challenges like site conditions or design modifications.
Safety & Compliance – Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring the project meets legal regulations.

Preferred candidate should have

Technical Skills – Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and structural analysis.
Project Management – Ability to plan, execute, and oversee construction projects.
Strong teamwork and coordination with architects, contractors, and workers.
Knowledge of Standards – Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control.
5+ years in Civil Engineering (Maldives experience is an added advantage)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proficient in Total Station is preferred
Steel structure base or part would be essential.
