- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Luxury resort experience would be an added advantage
- Highly motivated with "can do" attitude

Job Description
- Report to work on time according to the schedule given, properly groomed and hygienic, in proper uniform and name badge.
- Prepare & set up housekeeping cart with guest room and cleaning supplies, fruits for arrivals and all other items needed to execute his/her task as Villa Attendant.
- Attend Daily morning briefing at Housekeeping Office.
- Sign in attendance register & key control Log book when collecting relevant keys & must never keys to anybody.
- monitor daily arrivals to ensure that the villa is ready before the arrival time.
- Monitor daily departure to ensure that the villa is checked for any losses and breakages, mini bar consumption and to ensure that the villa will be cleaned before the end of the day.
- Check all vacant rooms in his assigned block & refresh them accordingly.
- Clean all assigned villas both occupied and vacant dirty on time.
- Attend to all guest requests and guest needs promptly.
- Answer the calls from Housekeeping promptly, and ensure proper communication is carried out. Must report back to HK Office when requested task is completed.
- Take ownership of the assigned villa and its contents, ensuring that they are in good condition by protecting them from possible damage and to report missing items/damages at once.
- Report all defects, deficiencies, pest of the villa to Housekeeping Office and make a follow-up and follow through.
- Equipment failure, damage of room furnishing and any losses and breakages at Housekeeping Office.
- Return lost and found items to Housekeeping Office the SAME DAY, for recording & storage as per L&F SOP.
- Also bring / return to HK office from departure rooms any items that does not belong to the Villa set up.
- Report immediately any concern and guest complaints to Housekeeping Office for immediate attention.
- Report to Housekeeping Office at specified time and prepare things needed for turndown service, including daily information & Cookies, etc. before proceeding to assigned areas.
- Provide turndown service according to standard.
- Submit Villa Attendant worksheet with complete information, and all keys to Housekeeping Office, during break time or after finishing the villas cleaning and after turndown service.
- Do deep cleaning on villas and as directed by his superior.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation all throughout.
- Attend all departmental meeting, briefings and training when instructed.
- Assist guests in all hotel emergency evacuation and medical procedures.
- Immediately report any health or safety hazards and any unusual activities occurring during the shift to Housekeeping Office.
- Be flexible in working hours, able to work weekends, public holidays, and must maintain all break times. Always available on call to attend to operational needs.
- Perform other related duties and/or any special projects, assigned by his superiors from time to time.
- Villa Attendants must communicate with everybody in polite & respectful manner.
- All other lawful duties that assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and the resort management.
