Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Retail and Wholesale sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the FMCG sector.
- Identify new sales opportunities and prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, progress reports, and client activity summaries.
- Conduct market visits and supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives or field officers.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 3- 5 years Proven sales experience, ideally in the food supply industry.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
