We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Retail and Wholesale sectors.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and client referrals.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the FMCG sector.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, progress reports, and client activity summaries.
  • Conduct market visits and supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives or field officers.

Requirements


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field. 
  • 3- 5 years Proven sales experience, ideally in the food supply industry.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
