Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the floor area of the outlet.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service standards.
- Manage and guide staff to maintain smooth outlet operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the workplace.
- Report and coordinate with management on daily outlet performance.
Qualifications
- Age: 35 years and above.
- Education: GCE O' Level or higher.
- Computer literate – ability to use POS systems, basic Microsoft Office, and email.
- Fluent in both English and Dhivehi.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Previous experience in retail or cashiering is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
