Job Purpose
- Ensure customers are properly informed on any queries regarding Ooredoo products, services & offers.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints and requests from customers received from various channels.
- Ensure queries are answered within set standards for quality and achieve CSAT targets.
- Ensure customer complaints and feedback are escalated to superiors on a timely manner.
Qualification & Experience
- A' level or Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role.
