Responsibilities
- Assist clients with insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding claim inquiries and updates.
- Coordinate between clients and insurance providers to facilitate efficient claim resolution.
- Review and verify claim details to ensure compliance with policy terms.
- Track claim trends and provide feedback to improve processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- O' level or equivalent education in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Excellent, clear and fast writing skill.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Must have a valid driving license with vehicle.
